What is Mindvalley Reunion?
Mindvalley Reunion is a weekend of learning, celebration, and transformation hosted by Vishen Lakhiani, CEO and founder of Mindvalley. Vishen uses the Mindvalley learning framework to introduce speakers on different topics — covering Mind, Body, Spirit, and Impact.
By the time you leave Mindvalley Reunion, you will have amazing ideas that you can start implementing right away to unleash the extraordinary within you, to awaken your mind, and to learn new life-hacking skills. Mindvalley Reunion helps you to start living the life you were meant to live.
Mindvalley Reunion Location and Travelling to the Event
Our next Mindvalley Reunion will take place on March 9-10 (with a pre-day on Friday, March 8) in Los Angeles at the Westin Los Angeles Airport hotel which is located at 5400 W Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045, USA.
The seminar session starts at 9AM and ends around 6PM on both days. Registration starts at 8AM on Saturday, March 9. Please note that timings are subject to change and full agenda will be announced.
What airport should I fly into?
The major airport is called Los Angeles International Airport and is located about a 5-minute drive from Westin Los Angeles Airport hotel.
When should I plan to arrive at the event?
Mindvalley Reunion will take place on Saturday, March 9 to Sunday, March 10 (with a pre-day on Friday, March 8) at Westin Los Angeles Airport hotel in California.
Arrival: There will be complementary pre-event workshops happening on Friday, March 8th.
If you’re interested in attending the pre-event sessions, we recommend arriving on the morning of Friday, March 8, or evening of Thursday, March 7.
The main program of Mindvalley Reunion will kick off on the morning of Saturday, March 9.
Departure: Mindvalley Reunion ends no later than 7PM on Sunday, March 10th.

What is included in the ticket price?
Your ticket includes two content-packed days with amazing teachers, a cocktail reception hosted by Vishen Lakhiani, and the community of thousands driven by personal growth movement.
What is NOT included in the cost of the ticket?
Flights, hotel accommodation, and meals are not included in the ticket price. After purchasing your event ticket, you will receive information on how to book your hotel room at a special discounted rate.
Can I buy a ticket at the door?
Our events typically sell out weeks, if not months, in advance. Mindvalley Reunion has limited seating and we strongly suggest reserving your ticket as soon as possible. There might be last-minute cancellations at the event, so we may have limited tickets available for purchase at the door, but we strongly advise to secure your spot now to ensure you don’t miss out.
Can I transfer my ticket someone else?
Mindvalley Reunion does not offer refunds for any tickets purchased. In case you can’t make it to Mindvalley Reunion, you can transfer your ticket to a family member, friend, business partner, or associate with no additional costs.
All transfer requests must be made at least one week before the event start date. Please send an email to email@example.com adding Mindvalley Reunion ticket transfer to the subject line and include a full name and email address of a person you’re transferring your ticket to, and our team will take care of the rest.
I have MV Mentoring Plus on my account. Could I have a discount code?
Yes, you can. If you haven’t received a discount code or a discounted ticket link, please, contact our support manager at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will help you.
I haven’t received a discount code for the event. What Should I do?
Some Mindvalley customers are entitled to a discount on their event ticket because of programs they have purchased previously. If you think you are entitled to a discount on the event ticket but haven’t received a discount code or a discounted ticket link, please contact our customer support manager at email@example.com and they will let you know if this is the case.
Does my spouse need to have the programs on their account too to get the discount?
Yes. If you are a student of Mentoring Plus or a Global Campus Member, please know that your spouse, family members or friends must become a Mentoring Plus student or a Global Campus Member in order to get the discounted ticket.

When will the agenda be announced?
The agenda will be shared with Mindvalley Reunion attendees 2-3 weeks before the event.
Will there be pre-event workshops at Mindvalley Reunion?
Yes, on March 8th, the day before Mindvalley Reunion officially starts, there will be an optional and complimentary pre-event workshop available to all Reunion ticket holders. More information about the pre-event workshops will be shared shortly.

What should I bring with me?
Please bring a notebook and a pen, an extra layer of clothing (as the conference room can get quite chilly at times), a refillable water bottle, and your ID as we may need to verify your ticket during registration. The most important thing is that you bring a positive attitude and the willingness to learn, grow, and have a lot of fun!
