If you haven’t used the new email ID with Mindvalley yet (you don't have an account linked to that new email address):
- First, head to your Mindvalley Account on your browser and login with your current login details. Note: You cannot change your email address in the Mindvalley App.
- Click on My Profile in the top right corner. This should take you to the overview of your profile details.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and You will find a tab where you can change your email address.
Awesome! You’re done.
If you already used the new email ID with us (you have an account linked to that new email):
This means you have at least two accounts with us, if I am counting right, so we need to merge these accounts so that you can access all your favorite courses on the same account! If you are receiving an error when trying to update your email address, it means that there is already an existing account with the new email address in our systems.
Please shoot a message to our support center by clicking the messenger widget at the bottom right of the screen. Let us know both of your email addresses and tell us which email you would like to use in the future.
Don’t worry, it will be easily taken care of!
Important note: If you want to start receiving emails to a new email address, please write to our customer support, as changes in our mailing list can only be done by our support agents.
