To get a refund for any eligible Mindvalley event ticket, please fill out the Refund Request form below:

A full refund of the event ticket can be granted up to 45 days before the start date of the event. You must have requested the refund at least 45 days prior to the event to be eligible for the refund.

Alternatively, there are three additional options available.

1. You can transfer your ticket to the next event:

Up to 45 days before the event takes place you can transfer your ticket to the next event free (no charge for first transfer only), however, each subsequent transfer will incur a fee of $500 USD. If you are transferring your ticket to the next Mindvalley University/A-Fest event within 45 days of the event taking place, an additional transfer fee of $500 will apply.

If you are a Mindvalley Experience Member, your membership must be valid and active on the first day of the event you choose to attend. In the event you don’t wish to renew your membership and therefore won’t attend the event, your transfer fee of $500, if applicable, will be refunded.

*All transfer or hold requests must be made via email. If you fail to complete the ticket hold or transfer process and payment prior to the event, your ticket will be considered forfeit and no refund or transfer will be made.

The deadline to transfer your ticket to the next event is one week prior to the event.

2. You can place your ticket on hold to use within 3 years for a future Mindvalley University/A-Fest:

Up to 45 days before the event takes place you can place your ticket on hold free (no charge for first transfer only), however, each subsequent hold will incur a fee of $500 USD. If you are placing your ticket on hold within 45 days of the event taking place, an additional transfer fee of $500 will apply.

If you are placing your ticket on hold, your Mindvalley Experience Membership must be valid and active on the first day of the event you choose to attend. In the event you don’t wish to renew your membership and therefore won’t attend the event, your transfer fee of $500, if applicable, will be refunded.

*All requests must be made via email. If you fail to complete the ticket hold or transfer process and payment (if applicable) prior to the event, your ticket will be considered forfeit and no refund or transfer will be made.

The deadline to place your ticket on hold is one week prior to the event.

3. Or, you can transfer your ticket to a family member or friend, provided they are a current and valid Mindvalley Experience Member:

The Global Campus Membership of the person who uses the ticket must be valid and active on the first day of the event).

*All transfer requests must be made via email. If you fail to complete the ticket hold or transfer process and payment prior to the event, your ticket will be considered forfeit and no refund or transfer will be made.

The deadline to transfer your ticket to the next event is one week prior to the event.

IMPORTANT: Once the refund deadline has passed, your ticket has been placed on hold or is transferred to another event or person, you are no longer eligible for a refund of the ticket price.
