When will the agenda and/or speakers be announced?

We will be announcing speakers as soon as possible. A detailed agenda will be announced 2-3 weeks before the event.

When Should I Arrive & Depart?

Mindvalley Live 2020 will take place Saturday, February 29 to Sunday, March 1 (with a bonus workshop pre-day workshop on Friday, February 28 at the Westin Los Angeles Airport hotel in California). 

Arrive > If you are planning on joining the pre-day workshop on Friday, February 28, then we recommend that you arrive on Thursday, February 27, or early in the morning on Friday, February 28. More information about the pre-event workshop will be shared with soon.

If you don’t wish to attend the pre-day workshop on Friday, February 28, then you should plan to arrive early in the morning on Saturday, February 29, as registration will start at 8AM. On the evening of Saturday, February 29 we have planned a special networking, music & dance night.

Depart > We recommend that you depart the hotel on Sunday, March 1 after around 7PM, as the Sunday session can run slightly later.

Please note that timings are subject to change and full agenda will be announced 2-3 weeks before the event.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

Mindvalley Live 2020 has limited seating so we strongly suggest reserving your ticket ASAP as the spots fill up fast. Last year we sold out and had to turn away people at the door.

What is included in the ticket price?

A standard ticket includes two content-packed days with amazing teachers, complementary pre-day workshops, breakout sessions for deeper immersion with your community and trainers, an evening mingler hosted by Vishen Lakhiani, and a community of 1,000+ potential new friends, driven by a like-minded love of personal growth.

Global Campus Member tickets also include 2 days buffet lunch.

If you are planning to purchase Mindvalley Student or Guest ticket you can choose a ticket with or without a buffet lunch option.

A VIP ticket includes priority seating, 2 days buffet lunch and Private VIP Gathering on Sunday night March 1, more details on this are coming soon.

Is lunch included in the ticket price?

All Global Campus Member and VIP tickets include 2 days buffet lunch.

If you are planning to purchase Mindvalley Student or Guest ticket you can choose a ticket with or without a buffet lunch option.

What is NOT included in the ticket price?

Flights, hotel accommodation, and meals are not included in the ticket price. After purchasing your event ticket, you will receive information on how to book your hotel room at a special discounted rate.

I haven’t received a discount code for the event. What Should I do?

Some Mindvalley customers are entitled to a discount on their event ticket because of programs they have purchased previously.

If you think you are entitled to a discount on the event ticket but haven’t received a discount code or a discounted ticket link, please first check your email (ensure this is the email address linked to your Mindvalley account), and secondly, look for a promo code in the Facebook Tribe Group that you belong to.

If you still can’t find the code, please contact our customer support manager at events@mindvalleysupport.com and they will let you know if this is the case.

What is the refund policy if I can’t attend or can I transfer my ticket someone else?

The great news is a full refund of the event ticket can be granted up to 45 days before the start date of the event. You must have requested the refund by emailing events@mindvalleysupport.com at least 45 days prior to the event to be eligible for the refund.

Alternatively, you can transfer your ticket to a family member or friend.

All transfer requests must be made via email. If you fail to complete the ticket hold or transfer process and payment prior to the event, your ticket will be considered forfeit and no refund or transfer will be made.

The deadline to transfer your ticket to the other person is one week prior to the event.

IMPORTANT: Once the refund deadline has passed or your ticket has been transferred to another person, you are no longer eligible for a refund of the ticket price.

Are you a Global Campus Member who purchased a discounted members-only ticket?

You can only transfer your discounted members-only ticket to a family member or friend, provided they are a current and valid Global Campus Member (the Global Campus Membership of the person who uses the ticket must be valid and active on the first day of the event).

How can I book a room at The Westin Los Angeles Hotel?

We have negotiated a special group rate at The Westin Los Angeles Airport for attendees of Mindvalley Live 2020, which you will receive upon purchasing your ticket.

These room rates do not include breakfast, however, attendees can buy breakfast at the Daily Grill Restaurant or from the Café Blvd in the lobby.

*The discounted group rate is available from February 25th - March 4th, 2020. Please note that there is a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate and will be based on availability at the time of booking. Reservations may be canceled up to 3 days prior to arrival with no penalty; afterward, a one night plus tax penalty will be applied to the card provided at the time of booking.

You will get a special link for reservations via email once you book your ticket

Attendees will receive complimentary WiFi and parking rates will be discounted by 60%.

What airport should I fly into?

The major airport is called Los Angeles International Airport and located about 5 minutes drive from Westin Los Angeles Airport hotel.

How much is the parking at the hotel?

You can park at the Westin using our discounted group rate. Reunion attendees get a 60% discount on the parking prices below.

  • Self-Parking: $42.00 per vehicle, per night, plus tax.
  • Valet Parking: $48.00 per vehicle, per night, plus tax.

Guests staying in-house and park a vehicle should inform the front desk.  The front desk will then provide them with a parking pass that has in/out privileges for the duration of their stay.  The fee is charged nightly on their guest folios at the group discounted rates which are 60% off our current rates of $42 self and $48 valet plus 10% parking tax. For attendees not staying overnight, discounted parking tickets to provide to your attendees (these do not include in/out privileges) will be available at the Mindvalley registration desk at the Ballroom foyer.  The attendees receiving these tickets can pay at the parking pay stations with cash or credit card.  They will also pay the same rates mentioned above.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Wifi is provided complimentary at the hotel.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring with you a notebook and a pen, an extra layer of clothing (as the conference room can get quite chilly at times), a refillable water bottle, and your ID as we may need to verify your ticket during registration. The most important thing is that you bring a positive attitude and the willingness to learn, grow, and have a lot of fun!
