Then the first thing you need to do is to log into your Mindvalley Account and head over to the Billing Section of your Profile. This image will help you find it before you could say OMG!
Cool! Now you should see your subscription in front of you, so all you have to do is click on Update Subscription. If you did it right, the following message will be a sign of your glory:
Well, that was easy I hope :) Your subscription is canceled now and you won’t be charged for this program anymore.
In this case, please shoot a mail to one of our rockstar Customer Happiness Agents by filling this Contact Form. Don’t worry, we don’t bite!

Unexpected charges are just as bittersweet as a rainstorm on your wedding day. We would never intend to charge you without your permission so in case your bill doesn’t reflect what you expected, it’s likely that one of the following happened:
Your subscription is still active
You can double check whether your subscription is still active or inactive at the Billing section of your Profile in your Mindvalley account. This friendly guide will show you the way how to cancel your subscription!
Last minute heads-up
If you canceled your subscription just before the renewal date, it is possible that the payment has gone through because of the difference between our time zones. It’s time we have a chat!

1. Have you entered the right login details?
First, make sure that you enter the email ID on our login page which you provided when you signed up. If you are not sure about your password then you can reset by clicking on the Forgot Password? The link just below the Login button. In case your email does not arrive in your inbox please go to point 3 and 4. Bear with me, it’s worth it. I promise.
2. Is your internet connection doing okay?
If there is an error message on the page which says things like "Page is inaccessible or Page cannot be found" then in human language it probably means that your connection is not stable. Try restarting your internet or wait for a while until it returns to its forte.
3. Have you tried using Chrome?
Believe me or not, Chrome is the best choice for your surfing adventures on the internet and our programs work the best in this browser. Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer are also good choices but if you want a sure bet, go for Chrome. You can download it here.
4. Have you tried clearing your cookies?
Cookies in your browser are pieces of information like credit card details, login name, and password etc. that your browser remembers on certain pages so that you don’t have to.
Sometimes, however, they assume that they know everything better than you (mind you, they are not as smart as humans after all) and so it is necessary to clear them once in a while. Read this article and clearing your cookies will be a piece of cake :)
Alternatively, you can try logging in in Incognito mode with the help of this article.
