Quest - 10 days from program start date

Course - 30 days from the date of purchase of respective program

We understand that not everyone is the same and what works for one might not resonate with others. This is why we offer a generous money-back guarantee for all our premium programs and quests which give you enough time to decide if you have found the one or you are still searching.

Cancel and Refund Subscription programs

We have two types of subscriptions.

Monthly: -

This subscription requires you to pay every month for a small fee. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund recurring payments. It’s crucial that you cancel your subscription before the payment date. Do read this article on how you can cancel your subscription.

Annually: - 

This subscription would be charged only once a year. For this, we are allowing our students a 30-day refund policy from the charge date. If the subscription is not for you, fill in this Contact Form and we’ll get back to you with a confirmation.

Refund on Event tickets

In general, a full refund can be granted up to 45 days before the start date of the event. But to be sure, please visit our Mindvalley Events page. 

In-App Purchases 

This is a bit tricky because Apple (for iOS) and Google (for Android apps) have their own refund policies which we cannot control from our end. Nevertheless, it shouldn’t be a problem once you scroll through their helpful guides for iOS here and for Android here.

This means that our Customer Happiness Agents would not be able to personally assist you in this case, but please follow the instructions above to request for your in-app refund. We truly appreciate your understanding on this.
