If you would like to pause your subscription payments, please contact our customer support by clicking the chat icon at the bottom right corner of the page.  

When you pause a payment plan, your access to the program or subscription will also be removed. Keep in mind that if you choose to pause one of our subscriptions, there are some differences from one to the other: 

  • in the case of the Mindvalley Mentoring subscription, you lose access to the library of interviews, but once you re-start it, you will regain complete access to it. 
  • in the case of Soulvana, you will not get on your dashboard the corresponding monthly courses published during the paused months. 
  • in the case of Zenward, you lose access to the whole content, but you regain it completely after you re-start the subscription
