Refund Policies

Mindvalley has four levels of programs depending on depth & level.

Level 1: Subscriptions like Mentoring or App Subscriptions.

Subscriptions work exactly like Netflix. Many of our subscriptions have a 7-day trial. You can activate a trial and then cancel anytime within 7 days at no charge. After the 7 days, we do not offer refunds for subscription purchases.

Level 2: Quests and Classic Courses

Classic Courses have a 30-day refund policy. 

Quests are special programs where you start the learning adventure with some 1000+ other students on a SPECIFIC date. You can refund your Quest anytime during the first 10 days from the start of the Quest.

Level 3: Refunding a Degree of Mindvalley Quest Membership Annual Membership.

You can cancel your annual membership within 10 days of purchasing Mindvalley Quest Membership to get a full refund.

Level 4: Mindvalley Events

You can also refund a ticket to any major event up to 45 days before the event starts.

Eligible requests will be processed within 3 - 5 business days as long as it is within the refund time frame. You can also contact our customer support by clicking the "CHAT" button at the bottom right of the page. 

How to Exchange Your Program for Another Program

If you find that the program that you have purchased is not for you and are still within the refund policy, you can exchange that program for another one that is similarly priced. To do so, please contact our customer support by clicking the chat widget at the bottom right corner and write to us with the details of your request.
