  1. Uninstall the App
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Reinstall the App: here is the iOS and the Android version
  4. Log out and log in to the App once more (please also make sure that you are using the correct email address)
  5. Update your mobile device software (OS) version, if needed

  • Screenshots of the problem
  • The error messages you have seen
  • The brand and software version of your mobile
