To merge 2 (or more) accounts under one email please contact our support and send us:
- The email address of your account(s) to be merged with another account.
- The preferred email you would like your accounts to be merged under.
Please send this information to our Customer Support and make sure to clearly state how our agents may help you.
Note: If you are unable to update you email from your account and you are facing the error message "This email belongs to another account", you will need to request to merge accounts by clearly mentioning which email address you prefer to keep.
