How does gifts work?
To purchase a Mindvalley Program as a gift, head to our Gifts page, and
- Select the program you are interested in confirm your purchase by clicking the "Give This Program" button.
- Fill in the recipient’s details including their email address (and add a personalized message if you wish).
After the purchase has been completed, you will receive a receipt and confirmation email at the email address provided during purchase.

How will my gift recipient redeem the gift?
After confirming your purchase, we will send your gift recipient an email with instructions on how to access their complimentary program. The email will have the subject line “You’ve received a gift from [gift sender’s name]””.
I bought a gift for someone but they did not receive it!
If you purchased a gift and it has not been received, you might suggest to the recipient that they check their spam or promotional folders. If they are unable to find it, you can contact our support team by starting a conversation with us by hitting on the chat widget. We will be happy to help assist you and resend the gift if necessary.
My gift hasn’t been received! Where is it?
We’re sorry that your gift was not received! Sometimes our gift email is filtered into people's spam folder.
Just search for the following subject line “You’ve received a gift from [gift sender’s name]”, if it’s not in their inbox.
If your gift recipient has a Gmail address, our gift email may end up in their “Promotions” folder.
If your gift is still nowhere to be found, each out to our support team by clicking on the chat widget. Please make sure to include the email address used to purchase the gift, the gift recipient’s email and the order ID number located on your receipt.
Do you have a physical gift card option?
Currently, we are not offering physical gift cards at this time. However, if you would like something physical to present to your recipient, we suggest sending the gift to your email, which can then be printed out as a physical gift, then forwarding the gift notification to the recipient at your convenience.
What is the refund policy for gifts?
Gifts are only exchangeable and strictly non-refundable. Your gift recipient may request for an exchange with our support team within 10 days before the start of the program. No refunds after your gift recipient has started their program. Gift is no longer redeemable once refund is processed.
Can I choose when I want my gift sent?
Currently, we are not offering the option to select the delivery date and time for your gift purchase. All gifts will be sent immediately to your gift recipient once checkout is complete.
However, if you would like to gift your recipient at a specific time, we suggest sending the gift to your email, which can then be printed out as a physical gift, or forwarded to the recipient at the specific time.
Can I purchase multiple gifts for different recipients at once?
At this time you can not purchase multiple gifts for different recipients. If you'd like to purchase multiple gifts, you will need to purchase them separately.
Can my gift recipient exchange their gift for another program?
Yes, your gift recipient can exchange their gift for another program of equal or lesser value only by submitting a request to our support team (click on the chat widget). Exchange is only valid 10 days before the start of a program. For the complete list of programs available for exchange, head to our Programs page.
Can I gift a program to an iOS or Android user?
Yes, iOS and Android users will have access to the programs on their mobile devices by downloading the Mindvalley mobile app. All our gifts are online programs, which are accessible on all mobile devices and web desktops.
