In Short: 

  • To cancel an Annual Subscription - contact our support.
  • Trial and Monthly Subscriptions - you can cancel yourself on the Billing Section of your account.

For Trial & Monthly Subscribers

  1. Go to the Billing Section of your Mindvalley Account
  2. Click on "Update Subscription" under "Status"
  3. Select to cancel

Once it's done, you will see the status of your subscription in red as "Inactive".

You won’t be charged for this program anymore, however, you'll still have access to the content for the month you've already paid for. (Note that monthly subscription charges are non-refundable.)

For Annual Subscribers

Please request to cancel your annual subscription by contacting our support team via the chat widget on the lower-right corner.

Once the subscription is cancelled - you'll still have access to the content for the year you've already paid. (Please note that Mindvalley Mentoring annual subscription charges are non-refundable.)
