If you are eligible for a refund, once you claim it and receive an acknowledgment from our support agents, it should take between 3-5 business days for the money to reach your bank account.

In some instances, it may take up to 7-10 business days. But we will make sure you receive your refund as early as possible.

Please note, that for the physical packages, we require that you first send the package back to us before we process your refund (read more on returning physical packages here).

Did you pay with PayPal?

Please head over to PayPal and check if the amount has arrived in your PayPal account. If this is not the case, take a look at your pending payments. At times, PayPal requires you to claim the amount transferred to you so you will need to click on the link in the email you have received from PayPal.
