You can transfer your A-Fest or City Campus ticket to the next years event if for whatever reason you suddenly cannot attend. Just email our event support email. Note that a $500 transfer fee will apply.

You can also get a full refund if you simply email us to cancel your ticket 45 days before the start of the event.
