I have unsubscribed from all Mindvalley emails but I am still getting emails about an upcoming masterclass

There are two ways you can unsubscribe from Mindvalley emails. You might find that you have unsubscribed from all mailing lists on our page for Managing Email Settings when you followed the steps in this article.

However, if you have signed up for a free masterclass with us you might receive emails with the access link and reminders of the online event. In case you changed your mind and you would not like to get updates about the event anymore, here is what we need to do...

Open the email about the webinar update and scroll to the end, then click on this link:

Almost there. This link will take you to a page where you need to hit the Unsubscribe Button.

Aaand you are done! No more emails, I promise!

I have tried going through these steps from my mobile, but it didn’t work

You see, this is one of those things that is just much easier to be done from the desktop. We treasure our phones as our best friends nowadays, but sometimes they give up on us.

Give it a try from your laptop or computer! I hope that’s not too much to ask :)
