If you made an in-app purchase, Apple and Google have their own refund policies which we cannot control from our end. Nevertheless, it shouldn’t be a problem once you scroll through their helpful guides for iOS here and for Android here.
Mindvalley has four levels of programs depending on depth & level.
Level 1: Subscriptions like Mentoring or App Subscriptions.
Subscriptions work exactly like Netflix. Many of our subscriptions have a 7-day trial. You can activate a trial and then cancel anytime within 7 days at no charge. After the 7 days, we do not offer refunds for subscription purchases.
After the 7-day trial membership you will be charged the annual subscription fee for Mindvalley Mentoring. You can't get a refund after this point. You can cancel your subscription so you won't be charged the following year. But you will not be refunded for this year.
Level 2: Quests and Classic Courses
Classic Courses have a 30-day refund policy.
Quests are special programs where you start the learning adventure with some 1000+ other students on a SPECIFIC date. You can refund your Quest anytime during the first 10 days from the start date of the Quest.
Level 3: Refunding Mindvalley Quest All Access Pass.
You can cancel your annual membership within 10 days of purchasing Mindvalley Quest All Access Pass to get a full refund.
Level 4: Mindvalley Events
A full refund of the event ticket can be granted up to 45 days before the start date of the event. You must have requested the refund at least 45 days prior to the event to be eligible for the refund. Please fill the Refund Request form to request a refund and to see more details regarding these refunds.

How to Exchange Your Program for Another Program
If you find that the program that you have purchased is not for you and are still within the refund policy, you can exchange that program for another one that is similarly priced. To do so, please contact our customer support by clicking the chat widget at the bottom right corner and write to us with the details of your request.
